Heard Mr. B. Chandrasekhar for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Counsel for petitioners rely upon the order of this court passed in WP No.19816 of 2017 dated 20.06.2017. He further submits that the respondents are also proceeding to interfere with petitioners' possession basing on notice issued to the President and Secretary of the Association.

The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the circumstances in WP No.19816 of 2017 and the present writ petition are substantially same and similar and hence, does not have objection to dispose of the writ petition as well by following the order in WP No.19816 of 2017. The statement is placed on record.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the order in WP No.19816 of 2017. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
