THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.19858 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in detaining the petitioners by placing their names in the List of Detain, dated 21-04-2016, whereby the petitioners are detained in B.Tech.II year II Semester for the academic year 201516 by not allowing them to write the final examinations of II year II semester of the said course as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to write all the examinations and attend the classes for B.Tech/Engineering course in which the petitioners are enrolled by setting aside the list of students detain, dated 21-04-2016.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.
