HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13942 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the civil dispute pertaining to the properties bearing Plot Nos.40, 41, 42 and 43 admeasuring 200 square yards each in Survey Nos.10, 11/5 and 15/1, situated at Hydershahkote Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that two crimes are registered against the petitioner vide Crime No.708 of 2018 and 597 of 2019; and that except investigating into the said crimes they are not interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed OS.No.895 of 2018 against the unofficial respondents and the same is pending; that the petitioner is attending the Rajendranagar Police Station in compliance to the conditions imposed in the order dt.04.06.2019 passed in CMP.No.2353/2019 in Crime No.597 of 2019, whereby the petitioner obtained anticipatory bail; and that at the time of their appearance before the Rajendranagar Police Station, the respondent police are pressurising the petitioner to settle the disputes with the unofficial respondents.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. However, this order will not preclude the respondent police from investigating into the crimes. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
