This appeal is filed under Section 30 of Employees Compensation Act, 1923 assailing the orders dated 15.02.2018 passed in E.C.No.79 of 2013 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour II (FAC), Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.
