Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, for respondents.

The petitioner has filed an appeal on 13.01.2016 challenging the order dt.07.01.2016 terminating the petitioner's services as contract driver in the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation. 3.

The counsel for petitioner states that the said appeal is not being disposed of by 1st respondent even though nine months have elapsed since the filing of the said Appeal.

The learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will decide the said appeal within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the said appeal within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.
