...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not registering the complaint and not taking action against the persons mentioned in the complaint and not providing the police protection to the petitioner and her family members is illegal, arbitrary and causing to danger to the lives of the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the petitioners complaint by providing the police protection to the petitioner and her family members.
