Lr.No.G/I732i09 dated 26-08-2009 and the petitioner made several applications under right to information act dated L6/10/2021, ll/1012021, 2510312022 the same was received by the respondent No.2 and not furnished the information the action ofthe respondent No.2 is as illegal and arbitrary and further direct the lst Respondent to conduct enquiry under Section 193 of RTI Act and dispose olf the same for mandatory direction to the respondent no 2 for the information sought by the writ petitioner and consequently the action of the respondent No.2 and 3 as bad in law and violative of provisions of RTI Act 2005,
