Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction particularly in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, declaring the action of the respondents in marking the premises of the petitioner to demolish the structure in D.No.3-28-18/162, 4th lane Rajendranagar, bearing ASST NO:15487, Guntur without following the due process of law as illegal, arbitrary, and opposed to principles of law and natural justice and infringement of property right guaranteed under Article 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to follow due process of law.

Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein not to interfere or demolish the structures in the premises bearing D.No.3-28-18/162, 4th lane Rajendranagar, bearing ASST NO:15487, Guntur belonging to the petitioner, pending disposal of WP No.5525 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. Vijaya Kiran, Advocate for the Petitioner, G.P. for Municipal Administration (AP) for Respondent No.1 and Sri A. Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2, the Court made the following
