When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that on 10.1.2003, this Court issued an interim direction to continue the petitioners in service, if any of their juniors are continued. 2.

It is informed by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents passed speaking orders on 13.2.2003 rejecting the case of the petitioners and in view of the same, nothing survives, and moreover, the petitioners have not filed any amendment application seeking permission to challenge the rejection order dated 13.2.2003. 3.
