THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 45596 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in pressurising the petitioners to settle the dispute with respondent No.4 based on the complaint of respondent No.4.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 filed a counter-affidavit, wherein the allegation of filing of complaint by respondent No.4 against the petitioners subsequent to the order, dated 25.11.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.40923 of 2016, directing respondent No.2 therein not to arrest the petitioners, was denied. The allegation of harassment and threat meted out to the petitioners was also denied. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed.
