This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dt.19.09.2016 in W.P.MP.No.38476 of 2016 in W.P.No.31095 of wherein this Court directed the respondents to follow the decision in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another1, if they wish to interrogate the petitioner in connection with any investigation in any FIR lodged against him. 2.

It is brought to the notice of the Court that a notice under Section 41-A has been issued to the petitioner but the petitioner is not in India and he is abroad.

Counsel for petitioner assures that the petitioner will cooperate in all respects with the investigation. 4.

In view of the above, I see no reason to punish the respondent for contempt and the Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No costs.
