HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14002 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent No.5 in not registering the FIR and taking-up investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 01-07-2019 against respondent No.6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.452 of 2019 is registered. But, however, learned counsel for the petitioner says that liberty may be granted to the respondent-police to add any other provision of law. It is for the police to conduct investigation in a fair manner and add any provision of law basing on the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
