O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has assured to take appropriate action in the matter and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh contempt case if need arises.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed as being withdrawn. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
