THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.13944 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both parties.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25555 of 2018 and W.P.Nos.10204 and 11495 of 2019, dated 21.06.2019, and contended that similar order be passed in the present writ petition also. The other side counsel has not disputed the same. In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 21.06.2019 in W.P.No.25555 of 2018 and W.P.Nos.10204 and 11495 of 2019 with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as eligible for appointment to the post of TGT, if the petitioner comes within the zone of consideration, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
