THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8015 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner, who is sole accused in Cr.No. PCOR No.160 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Station, Gadwal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 22 of NDPS Act, 1985 and 34 (a) r/w 37-A (i) (ii) of A.P. Excise Act, 1968 and 4 (a) 5(a) of Chloral Hydrate Rules, 1973, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
