ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare notice of sale, dated 29.12.2011, of respondent No.1 as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Ms.Suruchi Singh, learned counsel representing Mr.Sarang Afzulpurkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
