SIVA SANKARA RAO Writ Petition No.13538 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Dr. Justice B.Siva Sankara Rao) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners before admission of the writ petition and perused the material on record. Having heard at length as the learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy of review, subject to maintainability, if not revision or appeal, as the case may be against the impugned order dated 23.02.2015 in F.A.No.113 of 2014 against CC No.18 of 2013 and the consequential proceedings thereon in EA No.49 of 2015; permission is accordingly granted to withdraw the writ petition so as to avail his remedies meantime by suspending the impugned orders supra for one month from today. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn by giving liberty to workout other remedies against the impugned orders/ proceedings. There is no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall closed.
