HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.997 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 24.03.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.558 of 2017 in Crime No.22 of 2017 of Kankipadu Police Station passed by the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs & STs.(POA) Act-cumAdditional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, this revision is filed.

Heard before admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record. It is needless to say, if at all in the course of hearing on charges or subsequent to that, the lower Court can direct to call for the call data and preserve the same in a sealed cover, if necessary, to permit and make use. By giving such liberty to move fresh application after framing charges, if any, to call for and preserve in a sealed cover, while sitting in revision against the impugned order, it no way requires any further interference.

Accordingly and with the above observations, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
