In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is in respect of nonregistration of a crime pursuant to the report, dated 24.12.2017, lodged by the petitioner with the Police Officer. 2.
I have heard the submissions of Sri E.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 10.04.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that a case in Crime No.59 of 2018 was registered on 09.04.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 420, 506 and 509 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, against respondents 4 & 5 herein and that investigation into the said crime is taken up and that the Police Officer would take suitable action after completion of the investigation.

Having regard to the submissions, the Writ Petition shall stand disposed of, as no further cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
