THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.1845 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in showing discrimination towards petitioners' college as illegal and arbitrary, and to issue necessary consequential directions to the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
