No. 738 of 2023, dated 14-03-2023, from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Peddapally District. lt is humbly prayed that this Honble Court may pleased "to consider and grant to extend the time to complete for disposal of SC.No.200 of 2022 on the file of this above case, as directed by the Hon'ble High Court in Crl.P. No.3587 of 2022, dated 2'l -6-2022" .

This application coming on for hearing, upon perusing the letter dated * 14103/2023 in Dis No.738 of 2023 filed by the Principal Distract and Sessions Judge, Peddapally Diskict.

This application is filed to consider and grant extend the time to dispose of the case in SC No.200 of 2022, as directed by this Court in the above Criminal Petition. Communication received from the Principle District and Sessions Judge, Peddapalli for extension of time to complete the trial. lt is stated that there are pendency of proceedings;l the stay was obtained from this Court by one of the accused as such proceedings cannot be further proceed. Considering the above circumstances and keeping in view the number of witnesses, the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of one year from the date of vacating the slay of the proceedings, if any granted by this Court.
