Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering his representations dt.08.05.2016, 26.08.2016 and 20.09.2016 for considering his case for the post of Junior Lineman in the TSSPDCL Organization (Respondents 2 and 3).

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representations within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and will communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
