Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar for the respondent Municipal Corporation. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the respondent Corporation authorities will follow due process of law if any necessity arises.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this understanding is applicable only insofar as the official respondents are concerned. No order as to costs.
