THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15511 of 2007 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not providing employment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to provide suitable employment either as driver or attender or any other suitable post on compassionate grounds. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, employment as prayed for was granted to the petitioner. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
