Teachers in DSC 1998 vacancies on par with other similarly situated persons in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Tribunal in O.A No 355/2006 and batch dated 4-12-2OO9 which was upheld by the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No 23253 of 2010 and batch dated 18-11-2011 with all consequential benefits by holding the action of the respondents in not considering the just claim of the applicants for selection and appointment as S.G. Teachers on the ground that they have not approached this Hon'ble Tribunal and obtained similar orders is
clearly illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust and subversive of thr: Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution.
