THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.13990, 14037 AND 14109 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not releasing the power supply to the subject properties of the petitioners, and in insisting for production of 'Occupancy Certificate' from Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the present writ petitions have been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company Ltd., of Telangana, Sri Chatla Madhu, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy and Sri L.Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respective circles of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

All the learned counsel submitted in consonance that the subject matter in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.35467 of 2017 dated 25.10.2017, and hence they may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

a period of six months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of power supply. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
