Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition and seeks leave of this Court to challenge the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.146, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (M2) Department, dated 19.06.2015.

3. Granting the said leave to the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
