THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Contempt Case No.475 of 2014 ORDER:

The order, violation of which is alleged in this Contempt Case, is the order passed in W.P.M.P.No.7218 of 2014 in W.P.No.5805 of 2014 dated 10.03.2014 whereby interim stay, of the proposed construction of a house in the subject plot, was granted.

Sri P.Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the GHMC, would submit that the unauthorised constructions have been demolished, and there are no encroachments on to the public road as on date.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, and as Sri K.Jagadishwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, also agrees that there are no encroachments on the road as on date, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
