- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13999 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioners their grandmother by name Smt. Kadaru Govramma own agricultural land in Sy.No.100/4 of Pasaramadal Village. They claim that their father was adopted by their grandmother and their father succeeded to the said property and in the revenue records his name was reflected. Petitioners now allege that on the land belonging to them, the revenue authorities dug a bore well and drawing water to a near by educational institution and the same is illegal. Petitioners filed objection on 20.06.2019. But the same is not considered so far and continued to draw the water.

A reading of the representation itself would show that as there is difficulty in locating the lands of petitioners they requested for demarcation. However, no application is filed in prescribed form requesting to conduct survey and demarcation. Unless demarcation is done and the land of petitioners is identified, they cannot allege digging of borewell illegally on the land belonging to them.

Thus, granting liberty to the petitioners to make application in F-Line form to conduct survey and demarcation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As and when the said application is made, the same shall be considered and

- 3 - appropriate decision be made within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of such application. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 10th July, 2019 Rds
