THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.15774 of 2008 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the alleged deviations made by respondent Nos.4 and while making constructions in premises bearing No.8-2-293/2/82/BE/69-B in Plot No.69 B, admeasuring 600 square yards, situated at Road No.71, Nava Nirman Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, which, in turn, was purchased by respondent Nos.8 and 9 subsequently.

Today, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that his clients filed an application under the Building Regularization Scheme and the deviations were regularized by the Government.

In the light of the above submission and there being no contra material placed by the petitioner at this point of time, the writ petition is closed.
