ORDER

Challenging registration of Cr.No.202 of 2016 by the 2nd respondent on 18.09.2016 against the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

A reading of the complaint discloses a prima facie case against the petitioner.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with registration of crime. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to follow due process of law while investigating the crime including compliance of provisions under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
