This Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to S.C.No. 168 of 2004 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge at Bhongir. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that the petitioneraccused has been acquitted on 30.09.2014 in S.C.No. 168 of 2014 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge at Bhongir.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
