When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking compassionate appointment. 2.
On 26.2.2004, this Court granted interim direction to the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioner in the Bank in any suitable post by suspending the proceedings impugned.

Having considered the circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within two weeks.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the rules.
