Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, there was an amicable settlement between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and the issue was resolved and in view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
