This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 15.03.2017 passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District, by returning the Crl.M.P.(sr) No.397 of 2017 in C.A.No.468 of 2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh. 3.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to permit the petitioner to resubmit the Crl.M.P.(SR)No.397 of 2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is hereby permitted to resubmit Crl.M.P.(SR) No.397 of 2017 after complying the queries raised by the Court below. 5.

With the above observation, the criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. Registry is directed to return the original documents to the petitioner.
