ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12869 of 2011 on 22.01.2014, the cheques are

made ready and the petitioners were asked to collect the cheques.

2. Having regard to the same, there is no disobedience of the orders passed by this Court. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
