THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.973 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is arising out of the Order dt. 04.04.2018 in Criminal Appeal No.397 of 2016 passed by XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna, Gudivada. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.1 are present along with the parties.

Learned counsel for both parties submit that both parties have entered into compromise and sought for recording the same by allowing the present Criminal Revision Case.

Considering the request of the parties and in view of the affidavit filed by respondent No.1 and Joint Memo of the Compromise filed by the petitioner/ accused and Respondent No.1, compromise is recorded and the present Revision Petition is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed setting aside the Order dt.24.11.2016 in C.C.No.175 of 2015 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Vuyyuru, which was confirmed by the XI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Krishna, Gudivada, through its Judgment dt.04.04.2018 in Crl.A.No.397 of 2016.

Miscellaneous Petition, if any pending, in this case, shall stand dismissed.
