This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 challenging the judgment and award, dated 20.01.2011, passed in M.V.O.P.No.166 of 2008 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Adilabad. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
