CVNR, J & MSKJ, J M.A.C.M.A.No.2413 of 2015 03.11.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against award, dated 04.08.2014, in O.P.No.36 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

The Registry has placed before the Court, a copy of the award, dated 11.06.2016, passed by the Lok Adalat at Hyderabad, which recorded compromise between the parties.

In view of the above fact, the Motor Accidents Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the award, dated 11.06.2016, of the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad.

As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, interim order, dated 04.03.2015, in M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.715 of is vacated and M.A.C.M.A.No.715 of 2015 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
