HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.506 of 2016 O R D E R :

This criminal petition is filed by petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime F.No.DRI/HZU/48D/ENQ-6(INT-NIL) 2015 on the file of Senior Intelligence Officer, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22, 25, 28 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985.

Earlier bail application Crl.P.No.13649 of 2015 was dismissed on 30-12-2015 on the ground that Crl.P.No.12070 of 2015 filed by petitioners had been dismissed by this Court on 25-11-2015 and there was no substantial change of circumstances.

The charge-sheet is yet to be filed, hence, there is no substantial change of circumstances.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________________
