Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that Mr. Rasool Khan, is the owner of various extents of lands in Sy.Nos.318/F/E, 318/F/D, 318/F/SA and 318 of Mankhal Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. As legal heirs of Sri Rasool Khan, petitioners are entitled to mutate their names in the revenue records. Petitioners claim to have submitted a representation by filling up Form VI-A to mutate their names. Alleging in action, this writ petition is filed.

The material on record would disclose that petitioners have not filed the application for mutation of their names in the prescribed form through online web portal, but simply, filled up Form VI-A which is filed as Ex.P.1. Infact there is no evidence of submission of such application. Therefore, petitioners cannot allege of inaction on the part of respondent-authorities. The prayer sought in the writ petition cannot be granted. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioners to file appropriate application in the prescribed form requesting for mutation of their names, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 11th July, 2019 Rds
