The order, dated 17.07.2015, in T.O.P.No.114 of 2015 on the file of the District Judge, Rajahmundry, is modified from clubbing to simultaneous disposal by same Court to pronounce judgments in both the matters at a time to avoid conflicting of judgments. 3.
Accordingly and in the result, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
