No. 5821 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Admittedly, the Government issued orders in G.O.Rt.No. 1079, MA&UD (Vig.III) Dept., dated 08.07.2013 whereby penalty of 10% cut in the monthly pension was imposed on the petitioner which is the subject matter of O.A.No. 388 of 2014 on the file of the A.P. Administration Tribunal, Hyderabad and the same has been transferred to this Court in W.P. No. 1510 of 2017 which is pending adjudication.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
