Learned counsel for the appellant addressed letter, dated 01.01.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the dispute between the parties is settled and as such, the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal.

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the appellant reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
