This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting the investigation in Crime No.73/2018 registered for the offences under Section 447, 506, r/w.34 IPC and Section 3(1) (x) of SC/ST (POA) Act, against respondents 5 to 7. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that final report is filed on 11.07.2019 with SR.No.346 of 2019, Recording the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel the writ petition is disposed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as may be available to the petitioner under law and raise all his contentions raised herein. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
