Syed Ibrahim Nusrathi, v. A.P. State Waqf Board,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24660 of 2015 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "..to declare the letter F.No.75/B2/M/Hyd/2003-Suppl. Dated 24.06.2015 addressed by the Chief Executive Officer, A.P.State Waqf Board, Hyderabad, who is the 1st respondent herein to the Station House Officer, Abids Police Station, Hyderabad who is the 2nd respondent, as without jurisdiction, illegal and arbitrary by issuing appropriate writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ in the interest of justice and pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, as otherwise the petitioners will suffer irreparable loss and injury." It is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Waqf Board issued communication to the Station House Officer on 09.09.2015 withdrawing the earlier complaint lodged by it and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudicating the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
