THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.4272 of 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Chairperson of Konuru PACS, in accordance with the provisions of the A.P. Co-Operative Societies Act and the relevant G.O.s issued by the Government by declaring the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Rc. No.1698/2000-B, dated 5.2.2004 as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory and unconstitutional.
2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
