This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in allotting the work to respondent Nos.4 and 5 pursuant to the tender notice dated 31.07.2014.

Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the tender notice itself was cancelled subsequently, the work was not awarded to anyone and the earlier contractor continued to render the services. In view of the above, the Writ Petition has become infructuous, and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions
