THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13276 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners' grievance is that they have submitted representations dated 03.02.2014, 12.05.2014 and 10.03.2016 for grant of house site pattas in survey No.64 of Ongole Revenue Village & Mandal, Prakasam District to the 3rd respondent and that no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent in this regard.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioners' applications in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the above representations within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
