Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Chatla Madhu for the respondent Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners submitted representation, dated 05.08.2017, to the respondent Municipal Corporation, but no action has been taken so far. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct the respondent Municipal Corporation to take action on the said representation in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the respondent Municipal Corporation will verify and consider the said representation in accordance with law. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondent Municipal Corporation to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 05.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.
